By accessing or using the Super Rad Retro Lounge website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Use of Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

Super Rad Rewards Program

Participation in the Super Rad Rewards program is subject to eligibility requirements and program rules. Super Rad Retro Lounge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time. Token balances and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program Name: Super Rad Rewards Account SMS

Program Description: The Super Rad Rewards Account SMS program sends recurring automated text messages to members regarding their Super Rad Retro Lounge rewards account.

How to Opt In: Opt-in occurs exclusively by submitting the membership signup form at rewards.superradretrolounge.com/signup or on a staff tablet inside Super Rad Retro Lounge (106 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC). During signup, the user must affirmatively check a non-pre-selected consent box stating: "I'd like to receive text messages about my account (login codes, token updates, and redemption confirmations). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out anytime." Consent is optional and not a condition of membership or purchase.

Message Types You May Receive:

Two-factor login verification codes
Welcome confirmation when you join the rewards program
Monthly token reset notifications
Perk and token redemption confirmations
Referral bonus alerts when a friend joins using your link
Birthday greetings with a one-time perk reminder
Occasional promotional offers for members who have separately opted in to marketing messages

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity. Members receive up to approximately 10 messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Super Rad Retro Lounge does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, re-enroll through the signup form.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, and any related data collected through this SMS program are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes: Super Rad Retro Lounge reserves the right to modify program content, message types, and frequency at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
